Delete from HQ Triply
Sign in to HQ Triply, open Account → Settings, select Delete account, enter your current password, and confirm. This starts permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data.
Request deletion without signing in
If you cannot sign in, use our contact form. Select or enter “Privacy request,” provide the email address associated with the account, and ask for account deletion or deletion of specific personal data. We may verify account ownership before completing the request.
Data deleted or anonymized
- Sign-in credentials and active sessions.
- Name, email, phone number, and saved delivery addresses.
- Wishlist items, saved lists, and marketing preferences.
Data that may be retained
Order and transaction records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and other legal obligations. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed or anonymized when no longer required.
